What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we'll help as quickly as possible.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes — the re.edit jewellery is designed to be waterproof and suitable for showers, hand-washing, holidays, swimming and daily wear.
Will it tarnish?
Our pieces are made with a premium PVD bonded finish over 316L stainless steel, designed to be tarnish-resistant and long-lasting with normal care.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our jewellery is hypoallergenic and skin-kind, designed to be comfortable for daily wear.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
For eligible online orders, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve told us you wish to return it, you have a further 14 days to send it back. Exclusions apply; please see our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Although our jewellery is designed for real life, we recommend storing pieces carefully, avoiding scratches and abrasive surfaces, and gently wiping them with a clean, soft cloth when needed.
