Our Products
We aim to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings and lighting. Natural variations, small differences in finish and normal handmade or manufacturing tolerances may occur.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or update product information at any time.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Orders are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
We do not store your full card details.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information or an error on the website.
If we need to cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, busy periods, bank holidays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
For online orders, customers usually have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, with a further 14 days to return them after cancellation. This is part of UK distance selling rules.

Our Guarantee
Our jewellery is designed to be waterproof, tarnish-resistant and made to last with normal wear and thoughtful care.
Where an item develops a confirmed manufacturing fault within the stated guarantee period, we will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate. This may include a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the item, stock availability and the nature of the fault.
Our guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, scratches, dents, improper care, or damage caused by pulling, snagging, harsh chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine or abrasive surfaces.

Care of Jewellery
Although our jewellery is designed for real life, it should still be treated with care.
To help protect your jewellery, we recommend storing pieces separately when not being worn, avoiding abrasive surfaces, and keeping jewellery away from harsh chemicals, cleaning products and heavy impact.
International Orders
If international delivery is available to your destination, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges that may apply.
These charges are not set or collected by the re.edit and are not included in the item price or delivery cost.
Promotions and Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, free gifts or special offers.
These may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Promotions cannot usually be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
If an order is returned where a free gift, discount or promotional item was included, we may ask for the free item to be returned or deduct the value of the promotional item from the refund where appropriate.
